Armand’s Convention List 2015
2015 should be another good year for going to conventions for me and Special Gal. We’ve talked about paring it down for 2016, so this might be our big year and then not much next year or rotating conventions in and out on odd years.
While I absolutely love going to cons and seeing fans and fellow authors, the travel and expense is getting to be too much and I need to justify the cost of it against the return. So if you were planning on hanging out with me at a convention and buying me a bag of M&M’s (plain or peanut only, please) and a beer, 2015 is the time to do it!
MidSouthCon 33 – March 20-22 2015 in Memphis TN
I’ll be on some panels and doing a special book signing for a bizarro novella I co-wrote with authors Jack Wallen, Jay Wilburn and Brent Abell, which will debut in print at the con. More info on the new book as we get closer to finishing it.
World Horror Convention – May 7-10 2015 in Atlanta GA
Fresh off my wedding and honeymoon, we’ll be hanging out with quite a few author buddies and enjoying the networking of some new friends.
Imaginarium – September 11-13 2015 in Louisville KY
Second year of this con and I have high hopes for it. Will hopefully be once again joined by Jack Wallen, Jay Wilburn and Brent Abell and maybe have a sequel out of our bizarro novella by this one. Who can say?
Spooky Empire – October 30-November 1 2015 in Orlando FL
This one is a tentative con for me because it is so far out, but I had a great time last year and met quite a few new fans and fellow authors. Plus, it is a couple of hours away, which makes it nice, too. But being set over Halloween might not be a good thing for us… hmm… plenty of time to figure it out, right?
I hope to see you in person in 2015!
Armand

That’s a good looking list of conventions. I’d love to get to one this year. There is a horror convention in Noveber and also one in Belgiu ealier in the year. Good luck at them, Armand, and all the best for the year ahead.
