Spotlight On Scott M. Sandridge #Imaginarium
SPOTLIGHT ON: Scott M. Sandridge
How did you get involved in the upcoming Imaginarium convention?
I first learned about it last year when Stephen Zimmer first told me about the idea of having a convention centered toward writers. I was so excited I had to participate.
What is your latest release and what genre is it?
Three anthologies from Seventh Star Press were released in February this year, edited by me: A Chimerical World: Tales of the Seelie Court, A Chimerical World: Tales of the Unseelie Court, and Hero’s Best Friend: An Anthology of Animal Companions. The stories within each span many genres, but are primarily of the Fantasy variety; although, there’s also quite a bit of Horror contained in Unseelie.
I also have a short story in a vampire-themed anthology ebook from Neophyte Press, edited by Ty Schwamberger and Adam Lewis, titled Re-Vamped: Blood Lust Revenge. That’s all Horror. Oh yeah, nice, sexy, and bloody Horror. 😉
Quick description of it.
The Seelie and Unseelie books are all short stories about faeries (from the two main Courts), and very few of them are as sweet as Tinkerbell. But they’re also not all bad faeries…mostly. Hero’s Best Friend: an Anthology of Animal Companions involve stories where the animal companions of the heroes get the spotlight they deserve. And Re-Vamped is about vampires, specifically female vampires.
Something unique about it.
Me. 😉
