What is your latest release and what genre is it?

Oracle of Delphi from Montag Press will be released in a few weeks. It’s my first YA science fiction. I also recently published a Middle Grade horror, Grave Dancer’s Club, through Angelic Knight Press.

Quick description of it.

Oracle of Delphi – Young Tad da Silva arrives in Delphi on the planet Charybdis looking for a job. He becomes an apprentice to the Plin watchers as a companion for the young autistic king who is also a true Oracle. He becomes involved in court intrigue with the Council of Regents who rules in the king’s name, falls in with rebels, and learns of a group trying to kill him for some unknown reason. As he begins to learn something of his hidden past, he sets out in search of a weapon to prevent the return of the Dark Veil which almost destroyed Charybdis 500 years earlier.

Something unique about it.

It has an young autistic king. Though it is science fiction, there are some elements of fantasy about it.

Your short Bio.

I was born in Corinth, MS, a city rich with Civil War history. I moved around a lot after college, finally landing in Atlanta, GA where I stayed for 20 years. There I married my wife, Kim. I became a chef, graduating from the Art Institute School of Culinary Arts. I retired early to write full-time. We lived in the Poconos of Pennsylvania for a few years (Too cold), and then moved to Tucson, AZ (Nice and warm). We have two cats, Shoes and Elsie. I play guitar and keyboards in local bands part-time, write full-time, and sit out back and watch the desert creatures. Great job, huh? I have published 13 novels and 35 or 36 short stories.
