SPOTLIGHT ON: Brent Abell
What is your latest release and what genre is it?
The newest release out there for me is a little book called, “The Carnival 13”. The book is in that dark fiction or horror genre we all love so much. There are a few more new things, but this is the one I’m really proud of and it benefits a great charity!
Quick description of it.
A group of friends visit the traveling carnival one night find themselves fighting for their lives and souls.
Something unique about it.
The book is a round-robin style book with 13 very talented authors each writing a chapter. John Everson wrote the prologue and first chapter setting the stage for a ride through the carnival and the freaks residing there (and some clowns too). The other authors were Jason Darrick, Dan Dillard, Charles Colyott, Dale Eldon, James Garcia Jr., Matt Shiariti, Anne Michaud, Rebecca Besser, Armand Rosamilia, Jon Olson, Julianne Snow, and myself. All proceeds from the book benefit Scares That Care!
